How it all Started

I discovered the "rent-to-own" concept ten years ago after being turned down for a loan
myself. I wasn't given a reason other than, "you don't qualify". After rushing to find a
place for my self (and not wanting to throw away rent) I found a home through a local
Realtor using a process called "Lease Purchasing". I soon learned about credit repair
and the financing process from books, courses, seminars, local real estate investors,
and the Internet. I realized that roughly 2/3 of America was considered "credit
challenged". I sold a couple of homes, living in them and then selling them on lease
purchases to other credit challenged people like myself. I met my wife a few years later
and realized we needed a permanent place to live. We went through the loan process
after repairing our own credit and we are proud homeowners to this day!

To this date we have helped hundreds of people who are tired of renting get back on
their feet and become homeowners. Our team consists of people with home remodeling
experience, mortgage servicing, customer relations, and real estate sales. We are
present and former retail workers, factory workers, restaurant workers, and realtors. We
are well trained in credit repair and in finding financing for your home. We are here to
