1. A Home Warranty covering the major components like electrical, heating and
cooling, the roof, appliances, plumbing, and more. Ask for complete details.*
2. The ability to find you the best terms possible for the financing of your home
by using our affiliates in the mortgage business.
3. References for plumbers, electricians, and other contractors we have used
and you can trust. It is always recommended you consult with several
contractors and pick the one you like the best.
4. Knowledge on how to maintain your home. You are never left on your own
even after you purchase.
5. A long term commitment to your success! We would love to help a friend or
relative of yours own a home too.
*the home warranty is purchased when we buy the home and you will receive the remainder of the home warranty.
If you are in our Rent-to-Own program the home warranty will be purchased for you when you refinance or you have
the option of purchasing one yourself at your initial closing and we will reimburse you once you refinance the
property.
