     At Alternative Investments we like to “put our cards on the table”. Why should we waste your time or our time or feed you
some line?  The following are some questions we receive often, so we just decided to tell the whole town what we are about.

1.        Why shouldn’t I just keep renting?   Do you realize that every year you throw away almost $10,000 on a typical 3 bedroom/
2bath/ 2 car garage home? Now if you owned a home your property would appreciate an average 4% per year (depends on area and
economy) plus you are building equity. If you owned a $100,000 home in 5 years it would be like you put $26,000 in the bank! If you
rented, in that same 5 years, you would have thrown away $50,000! Now that you are thoroughly depressed you should realize the
money you make on the sale of your home is tax free, as long as you lived in the home.

   Why should I buy from you? I hear rent-to-own is a scam where they take your money and then kick you out. It is unfortunate
that there are businesses out there that just want you for a quick buck and then hope you fail. At Alternative Investments our success
depends on your success. We started our business here and raise our families here.  We are not associated with any other rent-to-
own companies.  You see, we must find a buyer for our homes or we do not see a profit. It is that simple. So we wouldn’t be around
long if all we did was bring families in to kick them out.

What type of guarantee can you make me that we’ll own our house? We can guarantee that we will use all the training we
have had the past 11 years to help you own your home.  We will guarantee that if you follow all our advice you shouldn’t ever have to
worry about losing your home.

Have you ever had a client lose their home?  In our experiences, we have seen certain clients not complete the rent-to-own
program. Those people have quit their jobs, quit paying their bills, and quit on themselves. If you do not do these things you will be a
homeowner.

5.        
Why do we have to put down money?  The money you put down secures the property for you as the future buyer. If you put
nothing down, you would just be renting and we do not do that at Alternative Investments. In most circumstances, if you are buying
outright you do not need to put down any money.

6.        
Can I borrow the money? Yes! You may already have it with your tax return, 401k (retirement account), your friends or relatives
can help, or in certain situations we can help!

7.       
 Can I decorate the home like I want? It’s your place! As long as your tastes don’t include toilets on the lawn and motorcycles
in the living room, go for it.  Your home needs to appraise, so keep the colors mild not wild, ok?

8.        
How soon can we move in?  Because we do our own qualifying, we know who we can help and can’t.  We can help about 99%
of those that apply.  We can let you know in 1-2 days and close on the 3rd day! Can you say, “I hope Uhaul’s got one available that
fast?”

9.       
 What will my payment be when I own the home? Our combined efforts will greatly affect your future house payment. The more
the both of us can accomplish, the lower your monthly payment, it is that simple.

10.       
 How long does this take? Our program can last as little as 30 days or as long as a year. It really depends on your whole
credit picture.  Our goal is to get you financed as soon as possible so you can stop renting and start owning. The bottom line is, as
long as you are positively working to own your home, we are here to help.

Home Warranty covering the major components like electrical, heating and
cooling, the roof, appliances, plumbing, and more. Ask for complete details.*

2. The ability to find you the
best terms possible for the financing of your home
by using our affiliates in the mortgage business.

References for plumbers, electricians, and other contractors we have used
and you can trust.  It is always recommended you consult with several
contractors and pick the one you like the best.

4.  
Knowledge on how to maintain your home. You are never left on your own
even after you purchase.

5.  A long term
commitment to your success! We would love to help a friend or
relative of yours own a home too.




*the home warranty is purchased when we buy the home and you will receive the remainder of the home warranty.
If you are in our Rent-to-Own program the home warranty will be purchased for you when you refinance or you have
the option of purchasing one yourself at your initial closing and we will reimburse you once you refinance the
property.
